James A. Longo does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Dr. Longo has been my 90 year old mother's cardioligist for the last 15 years. He is always very attentive to her needs and will spend as long as it is necessary to explain procedures to her and make sure she understands what is being done. He takes a personal interest in each of his patients and remembers details about them (i.e. - my daughter getting married) that you would not expect him to note.

5/13/2020 I have been in the healthcare field since 1991, and after meeting this great doctor, I can say he comes highly recommended. He was a great listener. He does not see age as an issue. He has gone over and beyond taking care of my 92-year-old father-in-law. Whatever the result may be, he went the extra mile and truly cared. He called up directly many times to discuss the issues. You will not go wrong with this doctor. Thank you for your kindness and patience.

He was ONE HOUR late for our appointment and I was his first appointment of the day. I had an 8:30am appointment with him and he didn't enter the room until 9:30am and never said "I am sorry" or anything. He didn't have an emergency either. While he was in the room someone came in and said "Dr. so and so is on line 1 for you". He ran out the door to take the call and the heck with me. I heard him talking to the doctor saying "I am in between patients but if you want me to come over (to the hospital across the street) I can." And when I was waiting for my ride I saw him walking over there dictating something as he was walking. This despite he had office patients. I would say he was extremely rude.

I find Dr. Longo to be extremely condescending and insulting .. he possesses very POOR bedside manner ...anytime I asked a question he would interrupt me with I am talking when indeed he was not ... I don't care if my life depended on it I will never be a patient of his again
