1) Misdiagnosis of a serious illness 2) Prescribed medication over the phone without any in depth questions about the signs and symptoms of the serious illness. 3) Untruthful about advice given over the phone about the illness, etc... 4) Untruthful about the medical history as shown in the medical records.

Dr Augustine has been my doctor for over 20 years now he is very caring and concerned and I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends. He has even gone so much as to give me his cell phone number In case I needed him when I was having some severe health issues and I did use it and he did help me.

I have been Dr. Augustine's patient for nearly 20 years. I have a great deal of trust in him. He has a calming demeanor and is thorough and proactive. Office visits can be a bit of a wait at CNY Family care but overall I am very satisfied. Physician extenders are always very good as well.

He's my parents Dr I find him to be a very concerned Dr. very patient and very throw, he listens and is understanding he's helpful with my parents which are 90 yrs old. It's hard to find a Dr. who care's for the elderly. He reviews back history and has even called me personally on the phone to review or check on, or change something if needed. I have changed my PCP to him because I like his gentle and caring way he is with my parents. The only problem I have is he is never on time! I'm hoping he finds a better way of scheduling patients so he realizes my time is just as important as his.
