I've been Dr. Menon's patient for over 16 years. You couldn't find a better dermatologist in the Syracuse area. She is a caring, highly skilled professional who always has time to listen to your concerns. She picked up on a basal cell carcinoma when we met briefly in a local market and told me to come into the office the next day. I will always be grateful for that.

After having seen two other dermatologists in Syracuse (one for several years) and feeling like I was not being listened to, Dr. Menon is a breath of fresh air and I see why her practice is so busy. She actually LOOKED AT MY SKIN CLOSELY, ASKED ME QUESTIONS, LOOKED ME IN THE EYE when she was talking to me, and suggested two NEW THINGS to try in treatment for my acne which no one else had ever mentioned to me. At the other offices, I was hustled in and out and given the same prescriptions by a non-physician who never once took a glance at my skin. Both places tried to sell me an expensive laser treatment package. I felt really dehumanized when I came out of both of those places but I feel happy when I leave Dr. Menon's office and I feel well taken care of.
