List of Paul A. Fiacco's Reviews
Have been a patient of his over 30 years way back from his time at North Med. Dr Fiacco is a very caring, thorough and dedicated physician. He’s assisted our family through a number of health issues throughout the years. Couldn’t ask for a better family physician.
This is absolute joke. My husband had a visit last week, and dr Paul Fiacco wanted to try new meds regimen for hight blood pressure. That coused the blood pressure to raised really high (160/105) and sometimes more. On top of that my husband had constant headache. So I called the doctor worrying about potential STROKE, asking for a quick chat as he adviced me on first visit. Heard nothing back. Called again two days later, and still nothing. This is not about cold, its life treathning condition. My husband is only 41. Really disappointed with this doctor!!!
Dr Fiacco is a fine doctor, he listens and respects what you have to say. I like him very much. Only problem is the long wait time for the appointment, I wish that could improve.
Very caring and takes his time to explain.
I somehow got switched from another doctor at CNY to Dr. Fiacco, I like both very much. Dr.Fiacco listens & takes his time with each patient. He is extremely caring and shows it. I had a close friend who told me he was responsible for adding many years to her life. He's also been very kind to my family. I, of course, hate the long waits but see how it happens.
Dr Fiacco encouraged me to have a calcium score done. I had the test which revealed a high number. After receiving the high score, Dr Fiacco recommended a visit to cardiologist Dr Amin. A stress test was given and I failed. It turns out I had 3 blocked arteries (100%,90%,80%). I had open heart/triple by-pass surgery and doing great. I had zero symptoms and felt great. Dr Fiacco is responsible for saving my life.
Have been a patient of Dr Fiacco’s for probably around 25 to 30 years or so. He is an excellent, caring doctor. The one issue I do have is his availability. He has more and more patients, each year so getting into seeing him is extremely difficult. He’s kind and quick to advise you to call for any change in your condition but getting a timely appt is extremely difficult. You usually end up going to someone else in the practice who is available (which admittedly is a good thing) or waiting days or a week for an opening with him, so it’s disappointing for your confidence and feeling of continuity knowing that Dr Fiacco is the one who knows you and your history. When you do get an appt, you do expect to wait since he’s thorough, listens and, takes his time with you and all his patients. He’s a 5 star doctor who I hated giving only 4 stars just based on his popularity thus consistent availability.
I truly loved this doctor and never in my wildest dream could anyone have told me he would simply drop a patient for confronting his staff with the truth, I am shocked and disappointed in him, but must give him his props for his knowledge in medicine.
I have been going to Dr. Fiacco for about 15 years. I have had many opportunities to visit him. His diagnostic skills are exceptional. He is very easy going and easy to talk with and takes time with his patients
I have been a patient of Dr Fiacco I think since he began his practice many years ago. I have never met a doctor who cares not only about your physical health but also your emotional health as well. He always takes the time to listen to everything I say as well as answer any questions I have. He NEVER rushes me to get on to his next patient. Of course that means you may have to wait awhile when you have an appointment, but he is worth the wait. His thoroughness and compassionate treatment have carried me through many difficult times in my life.He doesn't just treat the disease he treats the person. The worst thing I can say about him is he overly cautious with his treatment and sends you to a specialist just to make sure all bases are covered. This is just what I want from a doctor. I am very grateful to have him as my GP and I hope he continues in his practice for more years to come.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
