I'm sure the surgeons and doctor are fine. If you can get if contact with them. The secretary are worst I have seen. They don't follow up with calls, they don't sent prescription out in a timely manner, just shuffle you around if you have questions your doctors, and overall not helpful. If can your looking for help go to another doctor.

Some of the best Orthopedic Dr’s and robotic team around in my opinion. Nurses are super helpful and friendly and take care of any needs I’ve had. It’s been one year for a total hip replacement, after shattering my acetabulm 17 years previously.

I love Upstate Bone and Joint Center, everyone there is always so nice, courteous... And hands down they are best at what they do. I wouldnt go to any other place... My doctor there told me, he wont ever give up on me, and will always do what he has to, to get to the root of where the pain is🥰

Went to Dr Harley 9 months ago still disputing a bill with them (with their so called coding) have sent a certified letter as well as called offices at least 2 dozen times with NO return call from the billing office. Literally spent 3 minutes with the doctor and they code the visit as a surgery resulting in a obnoxious bill not to mention this was just a follow up from a visit at 5 star where they placed the brace on for me.The office girls are all great and very helpful and try to help me get someone to call me back with no luck at all. Would never recommend them.

Doctor spends a few minutes with patient, is dismissive, rude and offers no replies to patients questions other than literally a shrug. Patient in agony. These doctors do not care about anything except what insurance patient has and how much they can bill. Rude nursing staff.

Dr. VanValkenburg is amazing. I'm very grateful I was able to see him. He took very good care of me and my broken baby toe. It is healing perfectly and I have him to thank. I would recommend upstate orthopedics anytime over SOS.

0 stars - About a year ago we had an appointment for our son, we called (multiple times) no answer, we left a message we weren’t able to make it provided name and number to return phone call to reschedule. We also tried again a couple days after nothing.. a year later no call back (not like we’d go to them anyways if they did) I’m sure there are better care options out there!

Just had a back procedure done. Everyone was super professional and friendly. I felt in good hands. I was anxious all week but it went away as soon as I walked into the facility. Everyone is amazing and it could not have gone any better. Thank you!

I was just there! Receptionist welcoming, polite, courteous, patient, very helpful with instructions, listened to and very thoughtfully addressed my questions. I sat in the waiting room maybe 2 minutes if that. Nurse was friendly, welcoming smile, patient, compassionate, kind, listened to the reason why I was there, helped direct me to what I needed to do and was very courteous and thoughtful with my slow pace. I didnt wait long before Dr Matt Aloi entered my patient room. Dr Aloi was welcoming, patient, compassionate, gentle, listened to my why I was there, showed me and discussed my test results, explained my injuries, answered my questions, and discussed options for treatment. Receptionist, Nurse and Dr Aloi made me feel very important, took my injuries and concerns seriously and addressed my needs thoughtfully. Thank you so very much!! VERY caring. 5 stars out of 5 stars!!

They never set my left wrist right .. it looks like something you would see in a cartoon.. I can't move it or make a fist .. I'm going to see my lawyer.
