6 hour wait times, no way to get food, unfriendly and uncaring staff. Doesn't listen to patient. When I left to another doctor, everything she did and prescribed for me was undone. I feel great now.

Dr. Quijada....YOU are by far the worst doctor my family has ever dealt with. Your staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and completely under trained. You insult patients with your lackadaisical approach to appointments and follow-ups. Your staff doesn't follow-up with insurance companies that require information to fill life saving prescriptions or file claims appropriately. I will be filing an official complaint with the NYS Board of Health. You are not an advocate for your patients, and it is a shame you are still allowed to practice medicine.

I have been going to Dr Quiada for over ten years. She is very thorough and knowledgeable plus takes her time with you.

This is the most disorganized doctor I have ever met. Appointments are scheduled for 10am but the staff tells you not to come until noon and then doctor shows up at 1pm and don't see the doctor until 2pm. How can any practice run like that? Why does the practice she belong to allow an office to run in such a way and isn't she accountable to anyone about keeping her patients appointment times? Once in with the doctor, she is very DISORGANIZED, and couldn't keep track of which test results she was talking about. Then the doctor goes off on different things that have nothin to do with medicine. She almost sounded like a conspiracy theory activist. Talking about living in different "detentions" and having to look things up on the internet through the "Back Door" and how no one should have the Covid 19 vaccination. Very strange appointment.

You will wait FOREVER. Very disorganized physician - doesn't send any records to your family doctor, either.

Dr. Quijada is a great Dr. The wait time is not under her control. A 1-2 hr wait is normal but once again, ou t of her control. I feel the wait time is worth it to be seen by her.

IF I HAVE TO WAIT FOUR HOURS WITH THAT REPETITIVE, LOUD, VIDEO PLAYING AND THE OBLIVIOUS HELP, ALWAYS MUNCHING ON SOMETHING AND NOT ANSWERING THE PHONES NO MATTER WHAT THE EMERGENCY, I WILL WALK AWAY FOREVER. MY PATIENCE IS COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED AND I NEED TO SANITIZE MYSELF FROM THAT DISGUSTING, GLOOMY WAITING ROOM. " DID THE DOCTOR ARRIVE YET?"

I finally decided to seek a new endocronologist. Appointment while in waiting room are often a very long wait time. While waiting tests results, calls are not returned in a timely basis, leaving the patient in unknown distress. General office inside doctor's office feels like a "chaotic situation". Nursing secretaries are in doctor's office transcribing all of doctor's notations while patient is in same room. I felt extremely awkward with nurse/secretary in actual doctor's room with me. Dr. Quijada may be a qualified endocronologist, but I'm glad I'm seeking a new endocronologist.

THIS DOCTOR EMPLOYS INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF. I AM VERY ILL AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT IDENTIFYING MYSELF AS A NEW PATIENT. I WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT AND GOT TO MY APPOINTMENT 15 MINUTES EARLY AS INSTRUCTED. THEY WOULDN'T SEE ME BECAUSE I WAS A NEW PATIENT. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??????????????????????? Train your employees better or fire them. This is an unacceptable way to treat human beings.

Dr Quijada is an excellent Doctor !! I feel she really cares about me and my health . She always listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain everything ! I know people say she takes to long but I feel that she takes the time with each patient .....I for one appreciate the time she spends with me and I never feel rushed ....so for this reason it doesn't bother me when I have to wait to see her . It's hard to find a doctor like this ..
