We have been very happy with the medical care at the Elbridge office. Staff is polite and friendly. We have never have had any problems with docs or staff.

This office is considered a family practice, however they are lacking in the equipment and staff (nurses are extremely rude, have clearly never worked in pediatrics) necessary to care for children. Do not bring your kids here unless you want to cause yourself unnecessary anxiety and receive subpar medical treatment.

I've been a patient here for 15 + years, this is a wonderful, family oriented office.

Needed a new doctor quickly. My medications had expired and couldn't be re-filled. They said they were accepting new patients and I expressed my urgency. Was told I'd hear back the next day with an appointment. Two days later I called them again. Was told they had my information and I would hear back immediately. That was 3 weeks ago and still no call. They CLEARLY couldn't care less about people's healthcare.

We saw Dr. Peer Soderberg at this location for five years before moving away from the area. The staff is courteous, responsive, and understanding, when we went through a rough time and lost our health insurance they offered us a discounted rate for visits. Dr. Soderberg is fantastic. He took the time to get to know us and made notes about our discussions so he could reference them during future visits. When the kids were sick we were able to get same-day appts, sometimes with other doctors, but still great that we did not have to wait or end up at a more-expensive urgent care. Highly recommend this office as a primary care/ family doctor.
