Horrible service, horrible nurses so mean and hostile. Extremely dirty. Looks so old. Nobody ever cleans anything. Overall hate living near it & having to go for emergencies there

Nearly 3 hours in the hospital with an open bleeding wound on my skull after suffering a fall. This is classified as a head trauma and yet they let me sit here alone for this time applying my own compression before anyone even came by offered to stitch my wound. This is malpractice at its finest.

I Had my flu and Covid19 booster shot today and the staff was super profesional, warm and nice during the whole procedure. Thanks a lot 😊

My mother has been at this hospital since 12/18/21. I have called numerous times to page a doctor to contact me as to my mother's diagnose. And still no one has the decency to reach out. She went in because she was experiencing shortness of breath. Visitors are suspended and I've called my mother in her room. No nurse or aide has been able to speak to me. I feel as if she is been held prisoner there. She complains about the quality of food, the nurses are scarces. I understand that they may be understaff, but come on! The professionalism of the people there is beyond ridiculous. I will never recommend Elmhurst to anyone after this experience

My cousin was having trouble breathing and we had to go to the nearest hospital EMT rules. The trauma unit is amazing! These people are just the best After EMTs brought us in and stayed with us till my cousin was seen which was shortly, she was taken to cardiac care trauma. Those people are TRULY AMAZING!! I watched them working from the hall, as I was not allowed into the room. They really got things going for my cousin in record time, fast, courteous and on the ball. My cousin's nurse came out to talk to us as did her doctor. When I called later to find out if she was admitted and status, the doctor gave me the update. Can't say enough good about the Woodside EMT house and the Trauma units, both of them. They were awesome. God Bless all and thank you for all you do. I have never seen so many people in trouble at once, and so many doctors and nurses flying around there sorting it all out.
