Well, my appointment was scheduled for 9:45 am. I am still waiting at the time of writing this fornitnto start. 12:37 pm now. Overbooked and obviously dont care about people's comfort or their time. Instead of scheduling me for another day and having the time, they jammed me in well still waiting for al mlm ost 3 hours for a colonoscopy. Yeah just what you want to be waiting for.

Dr. Mazza is so helpful & not explains every thing you can also ask questions & express fears or concerns without feeling dismissed.

The receptionist is rude and disresepectful and should be fired!!!

I recently tried to schedule an appointment. From the moment the receptionist answered the phone she was rude and didn't want to be of assistance. After placing me on hold for several minutes, she then told me I would need to see my primary care physcian first and they would need to refer me. I explained I had been to the doctors and they recommended I make an appointment. She refused to make me an appointment. I told her I would go elsewhere as my insurance doesn't require referrals.

We have been taking our teen daughter to Dr. Mazza's office for a year and a half. She has seen both Dr. Mazza and his Physician's Assistant, Sam. We couldn't be more pleased with the care they have provided. They truly listen to their patients and work hard to diagnose and treat issues with compassion and diligence. The bedside manner is excellent!
