Due to privacy concerns, I cannot give details that might reveal the patient's identity. What I can say is that while Dr. Gonzales seems to be a bright young man, he has a tendency rely exclusively on charts and his own interpretation of the limited information contained within them, rather than taking the time to listen to his patients, their families or the nursing staff who KNOW them. I would kindly urge Dr. Gonzales to sharpen this skill, and add to his knowledge wisdom and humility.
