I have Been going to Dr Silvers for 10 years or more...she is a good Doctor...she and her staff are there to get you checked and look at your skin issues...they are not there for a social visit...SHE HAS ALOT OF PEOPLE TO SEE......I gave 4 stars because no one is perfect...haha...SHE IS ALL BUSINESS...nothing wrong with that...GEEZ PEOPLE...maybe it's YOU...not communicating to her ..the reason for your visit

This is NOT the current address as of Feb 2021. She is at 200 Madison Ave in Elmira, NY. When I called them to report it, they said they don't deal with Google and have li liok at Arnot website.

Liked Dr Silvers when she first opened her ithaca office. She and her staff were very good. Over the years, things changed. Different staff, everyone seemed too rushed and overstretched. Then she upped and moved her office to Horseheads without notifying her patients (or at least this patient)!!! I have been trying to have my records transferred to my current dermatologist without success! Even the new dermatologist hasn’t been able to obtain them. Would not recommend!

I waited for months to get an appt at Arnot with Dr. Silvers. She had a Resident with her which I didn't mind but I think I got about ten minutes with her. She acted like she was in a hurry. I was handed a paper with a prescription name on it to give to the front desk. The girls there couldn't read her writing so they gave it their best guess. I ended up using the wrong medicine for a few weeks until it made my skin worse. I found the original paperwork and sent it by fax to the Doctor and got a different prescription which did nothing at all. Needless to say I won't go back. That one experience was enough for me.

2nd time going there. None of the issues I went there for were not addressed. Just like the 1st appointment. Nurse comes in and give a basic interview then The Doctor comes in with her little spray can and is gone with in 3 minutes.

Not only is the doctor efficient and knowledgeable, she is kind and understanding in accommodating to specific patient needs. Highly recommended.
