Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Richard A. Rosenberg's Reviews
Dr Rosenberg saw me as an emergency visit. He was very competent and reassuring. He answered all my questions and performed a thorough exam.
Very impressed with Dr. Rosenberg. Since I had allergic reactions to 2 medications within a "family of medications" that are the gold standard for my condition, Dr. R compared the atomic structures of the 2 meds which caused my reaction to other meds within that "family". He selected the med with the least similarities in structure to the 2 problematic ones. Then before having me begin the medication, he collaborated with an allergist and arranged an appt for me. Very impressed with all he did.
He is only in it for the money. Does as many as 17 surgeries in a day. Promotes surgery and claims he does not have problems your going get perfect results. Talk to friends and neighbors. They hear his name and we all say they or had problems never again.I had cataract surgery on my right eye ,after a few days then no distance vision .two he say my astigmatism was the problem need torix lens . 2 weeks before he said not needed. So he was the doctor? Right so the did second surgery, no better vision. 2 weeks later he said he did not place right and 3rd surgery. No better vision blamed my retina. He had been following eye over 4 years and said not a problem. Before the first surgery now why can't see properly. Two real doctors in Rochester can not believe he did more than one surgery let alone 3 surgeries. Retina not the problem. Now no real doctor can help. In the 3rd operation nurse said had not seen anyone do three times in one eye. The doctors in his office don't want to help. Dr Rosenberg in on his own he is an owner,it is up to him to handle. Guthrie doctor said in all his years only operated one eye once. Would or should you take a chance on this man? Go to doctor on staff at a hospital, not little shop of horrors. Please review with your problems. Protect older people like me.
A very no nonsense doctor. He gets straight to the point of the complaint, explains what his findings are and offers a recommendation for treatment. His staff provides additional educational information for a well rounded experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
