I've been seeing Dr. Baxter since he was 'the new guy' over on Broadway in Southport, almost 20 years ago. He's always been friendly and no nonsense. I appreciate that. The only regular physician that I've ever had or needed.

Dr. tim is the best doctor around. Me and my kids have gone to him forever. He is woderful with kids, always listens and makes sure you understand everthing hes telling you. He goes above and beyond for his patients.

My children have been patients of Dr Tim since they were born. My husband and His daughter are also patients of his. He is amazing! He is kind and I believe he cares a great deal about my family. I can talk to him and he never makes me feel as if I am over protective. He has always been on point with diagnosis and treatment of my family. Thank you for your continued commitment to the health and well being of my family!

Can't stress how impressed I am with this doctor! When my son was ill and had a really serious asthma attack, he actually stayed in the hospital in the very next room...and he never told me about it (he is modest about how nice he is). Always helpful and makes you feel like you are never ever stupid for being concerned about your child. Just love him to pieces!!!
