Akwasi Achampong's Online Review Report Card

I have been coming to this dr for 15 plus years never had an issue because my mother likes him. I don't know who these people are who are running the office but the service is sickening my mom is a stroke pt and ran out of med. I called for refill they say she has to come in office ,got an appointment for 5 days later ask for a 7days dose until she see the NP they have working there it was never done my mom was without meds for 5days and when I got to the office they all had stink attitude this office is gone to the dogs this is my last visit .

When in for Covid vax on 10/6/21, staff was very friendly. Didn’t wait to long to be seen, was in & out in 20 mins. Would highly recommend as primary doctor.

Worse doctor period my grandmother been a patient there over 10 years whenever u call u really don’t get any help This Doctor been out the country now for the last 6 months every time my family call for assistance with my grandmother it’s a dead end I have been calling calling calling to get no help either to be told the doctor is not here he will be back Nex month every week it’s the same thing. This doctor is the worse again I grew up knowing this guy so I know when someone cares about a patient and this man doesn’t care about most of his patients obviously

When I visited I waited over an hour to see the doctor, and still never saw her. Just saw the nurse who barely spoke to me. My time with the nurse was over in about five minutes, and I still haven’t figured out what is causing my ailments. Clearly this doctor overbooks patients and doesn’t make the time for the ones who show up on time.

My experience at this doctors office was superb! Dr. Akwasi Achampong and his ENTIRE staff were welcoming, thorough, clean, and professional. Today was my first visit and I instantly made the decision to make this doctor my permanent PCP. I felt like family and did not feel rushed during my appointment. I watched how the other patients were being treated in the lobby and the care is consistent across the board. The staff really made me feel comfortable as I was extremely nervous about going to the doctor especially during this pandemic.

I waited almost an hour and a half and then the doctor comes in and barely acknowledged my presence. He was only focused on the computer and when I asked a question, he mumbled the answer without even looking at me. Very rude and unprofessional. The only good thing about my experience was the rest of the staff. They are very sweet.

Dr Achampong is a knowledgeable, caring and supportive doctor. He has a very busy practice, so sometimes the waiting time is extended, but once you get into the examination room he spends time with you and make sure he addressees all your complaint. The office is small but clean. Would recommend him.

The best doctor you can have. I send everyone that I know to him. Love the staff

Dr. Achampong is the most down to earth and caring Doctor I know. He's my Doctor and I have referred my family and friends to him as well.

I've been seeing Dr Achampong for a few yrs now. He's a WONDERFUL Dr. It's such a pleasure to be one of his patients. He's very caring, and takes his time with you to explains anything you may not be clear about...He also knows his stuff! Lol. Wouldn't trade him in for the world! Bonus: His office staff are just as pleasant!
