Caring for two elderly parents with many doctor appointments on any given month, Dr Barnswell besides being an amazing caring and compassionate doctor his leadership is reflected in his amazing medical team. From a patients point of I view, I wish that the service at this office is replicated in many other offices. The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and caring. They take care of business in the moment from check in to check out. I called the office one evening to make an appointment Dr. Barnswell answered the phone. I was startled by it and apologized. I said I was calling to make an appointment , he says its OK I can answer the phone. He said my staff will call you back less than 5 minutes a staff member called me back to set up an appointment. I highly recommend Dr Barnswell Office, but most important this office has an amazing medical team. You can ask any office member a question and they will take care of it right there. Thank You TEAM for caring for us and keeping us healthy!

Dr. Barnswell has been caring for our father for over 10 years. Words cannot express how satisfied our family is with all facets of his bedside manners, the time he takes to explain option to us, his professionalism, his caring and he is just a great human being and physician. Dr. Barnswell takes his time with you,thoroughly explaining f your condition and possible options of treatment without trying to persuade you on how to proceed but presenting you with the options. His caring manner helps in making this difficult time better. I highly recommend him.

Definitely one of the best Dr's of this generation in listening to patient's concerns, great medical options, honest opinions, and follow through. Dr. Branswell has the 'What If" of healing allowing every patient the opportunity to be cured or live with great quality. Without a doubt the smartest doctor I've ever had. He knew my condition and how to get rid of it and everything he said worked. Not only that but he was compassionate and extremely accessible when I had any questions whatsoever. I've had a lot of great doctors in my life, but without question Dr Barnswell is one of the best!!!

Terrible service , terrible bedside manner . Dr. Barnswell perfomed surgery on me that was supposed to be follwed up with another surgery two weeks later . Two weeks turned into almost two months . On the day of the procedure he was very rude and told me to find another urologists after I told him the almost two months of waiting time was unacceptable , not to mention a big mistake on his part with procedure protocol . I would never recommend him to anyone .

I have known Dr. Barnswell  for  several years and I have sent him many patients who had very good things to say.He helped myself and my husband through one of the most difficult times in our lives and my husband is alive today thanks to him, Everyone needs to realize that a Doctor;s office is not a fast food place and sometimes he has to take an extra 15 mins with a patient or a coupe who are just distraught with bad news...compassion does not have a time slot,I read the reviews and I all I can say is that before you destroy someones reputation perhaps you should have had the discussion with the doctor instead and there is really no excuse for rudeness.We all need a little more kindness .God Bless.
