Today was my first visit with Dr Ulmer. And, it was a very pleasant visit. Dr Ulmer was through. He spoke to me in detail, and most importantly, the visit didn't take so long. Dr Ulmer was patient with me. He didn't rush me or rushed his reply. He genuinely was interested in my visit. Oh, also I'd like to mention the nurse that asstst Dr Uler. The petit nurse wearing glasses. She was extremely professional and caring. She knew her job, made you feel comfortable, and explained the details well... I would certainly recommend this Dr and nurse for a visit, and your medical needs! A1*

Initially was seen by the senior urologist but due to insurance change he recommended Dr. Umar. Three weeks prior to my appointment with Dr. Umar I was seen by my primary care physician and my psa had gone down to nearly normal. But here I was three weeks afterwards and Dr. Umar suggested I take an mri which revealed bph no change from biopsy of six months prior. With that knowledge Dr. Umar recommended another biopsy. That was the last time I saw him and will be.

Dr. Ulmer is one of a kind. I came in with an issue that many doctors I went to previously disregarded because of my age, and health, but Dr. took the time to understand my concern, show empathy, and instructed me to do certain things that helped me labor through my challenge. Humble, dedicated, and simply the best!

This doctor is horrible. He doesn’t return calls. He doesn’t follow up with his patients if they need a prescription. He makes his own hours. You are basically at his mercy. My husband went to the office two weeks ago. There was a problem with the prescription and it had to be changed. My husband called numerous times to get the prescription changed and Dr. Ulmer did not return call or change the prescription. My husband went to office to speak to Dr.Ulmer and he wasn’t in the office at 9am. Totally unprofessional and lack of caring. Do not go to him.
