45 min late first appt, Over 1.5 hours late the second, and could not handle being told I didn’t appreciate waiting so long. I have never been treated with so much hostility or disrespect. She told me she “was not the person to mess with” in the midst of a rant about how busy her office was. I am appalled to have had such a nasty, horrific experience with a professional whose care I had waited over two hours total.

I called just to see if they were accepting new patients and if they took my insurance. The lady told me I was too young because of the sound of my voice, I told her I was 25 and she said “yeah you’re young”, didn’t give me a chance to speak, then told me they my insurance wasn’t covered said “sorry” and hung up. Very very rude. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
