List of Duncan Sze-Tu Md's Reviews
I see Dr. Sze-Tu at least twice a year for an ongoing condition. He always takes the time to answer my questions and is very pro-active regarding preventative screenings. I am Deaf and so communication by phone is challenging. I tend to use patient portal and his staff are always quick to respond to any questions or take care of any needs, such as refills. I really appreciate the care and concern of everyone at this practice.
I would never recommend him. When reviewing the results of my mammogram he told me "I had alot to think about". Nothing else. Not the way to handle a potential prob which there wasn't one. I was a young woman.
He MISSED MY LUNG CANCER. Dr Sze-Tu was my primary doc for many years - I liked his laid-back style. After my complaints about chronic fatigue and breathlessness, and a "demonstration" of my racking cough, he recommended I get more exercise and lose some weight (true, I had gained quite a few pounds). A pulmonologist to whom I self-referred discovered the cancer. I was already leaving Sze-Tu's practice for one affiliated with a local hospital when the cancer was found at Stage 3.
Always calm, thorough, and thoughtful. Assistants are friendly and helpful. Office generally over-books him, so the wait is sometimes long.
Horrible wait times. Was told running 10 mins late and waited for 1hr. Every time was 1/2 r to hr wait.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
