Uncomfortable and not easy to talk to. Found another doctor at UHS Endwell and I love her Yet because I told Desantis office I was not happy several days later I received registered letter saying they are canceling my services for all doctors and walkin. Like I would ever go back. Nice team spirit Dr. D. Needed a Doctor not a cheerleader.

I have been a patient of Dr. DeSantis for several years. She is compassionate and takes time to listen to her patients. She is on top of things and I would highly recommend her.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Desantis for many years. She listens discusses and plans your health care with you not in spite of your. I trust her which is most important in health care and I recommend her.

A very compassionate and caring doctor. Followed up with me as to how I was progressing the day after I had an appointment . Spent a great deal of time with me to explain my medical condition and to make sure I understood what was happening and why. I have full confidence in her diagnostic ability and her relationship with her patients.

Weve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Desantis in the care of our son as well as with other physicians at EFP. However it seems that they do not have enough office staff to support the practice. The automated phone system which requires you to listen to a lengthy message and then wait in an everpresent queue is frustrating. Messages do not always get returned and paperwork is not handled in a time manner.
