I met Dr. Federico on September 13, 2018, and we immediately built up a rapport. He was my nephew's age, so I was old enough to be his father. His visits were hassle-free, and he had a friendly personality. He explained things well to me, and he had a good sense of humor (as did my pervious primary care physician). He explained things in layman's terms, and he wasn't the slightest bit pedantic. I had several visits in the interim. My most recent visit there was in early 2021, before I moved to Missouri.

Poor experience. Made an appointment with him for memory issues related to mental health, and i didnt recieve an adequate reminder from the office, i forgot the appointment and he sent me a bill for $100. I understand wasting people's time isnt a nice thing to do but considering the circumstances i am dealing with i feel like his charge is completely heartless and shows he cares more about money than his patients. Kinda glad I found that out before seeing him. I feel like i dodged a bullet.
