I've had marble like bumps on my head since I was a teenager. In having them removed throughout my lifetime, I've had some radical methods used by different doctors in the past and half the time I parted with an infection. Dr Gilmore removed one this past year and I was amazed. Very professional and provided a wonderful, warm, friendly environment. I've never had a pleasant experience in my life in having these removed! This was cake! (Even the injections!) I didn't even have swelling in my face. (Normally I look like a pumpkin for a week.) What a gift she was to me. I won't go to anyone else. Just love the non-pretentious staff and friendliness of the office. Thank you so much! I refer everyone! All have had similar reactions. Thank you.

I went to my appointment early today and was immediately helped. The nurse and Dr. Gilmore were very nice and professional. My diagnosis was favorable and I am all set! A very good experience.

Dr. Gilmore is tops in her field....superb surgical skills. very thorough examinations. Efficient use of time. Staff is pleasant and also efficient I continue to highly recommend her.

I have had two other dermatologists in the past. One was ranked as the best in Rochester, the other was a URMC MD. Elaine is by far, the most thorough of all, and it is obvious that she really cares forthe patient. The others acted as if it was just a job.

Today was my first visit as a new patient with Dr. Gilmore. I was very comfortable in the setting, with the staff and with Dr. Gilmore. She listened to my concerns, addressed them with action and information in a personable and yet professional manner. This is where I will stay for my skin care,

Waited almost an hour for a 10 minute appointment that resulted in ambiguous conclusion with no next step determined . Waste of time and money

Disregards young patients (teens) comments and concerns. Very rushed visits and lack of care. Hardly explained anything. Refilling a prescription is nearly impossible. She kept trying to make us get the prescriptions from some sketchy phone order place, that provides no tracking number and never filled one prescription. Never going there again.
