Office line are automatically switching to VM. Impossible to reach front desk. Emails are not being answered. If you want to put your health at serious risk - that's the office of your choice.

Dr Adam and his team are a caring bunch, the quality of service is top-notch and timely, no delays once you arrive at the facility. I would definitely recommend them anytime.

Doctor was thorough and spent a lot of time with patient. He explained everything to me in full about my test results. He takes a lot of time to sit down with you and discuss your problems and orders all tests necessary to get to the root of the problem. Excellent doctor!

Dr. Moskovitz is a fantastic Doctor, knows how to speak on a patient level of understanding and has excellent bedside manner. He is also a little funny, too. I got lucky finding him and definitely HIGHLY recommend him if you need a G.I.

went to the Far Rockaway location. Terrible customer service experience. Tried to bill me up front even though I have insurance. Dr. Moskowitz recommended an unnecesssary minor surgery to me. I asked for non-invasive ways to correct my minor issue and he did not offer up any real alternatives. I left the office without scheduling the surgery. They called 2-3 times asking me to schedule the surgery. The office went ahead and filed a claim with my insurance, saying I had surgery on the day of my visit. The insur co is currently reviewing them. Based on my true experiences listed above, I believe this office engages in predatory practices. I wish more medical practices were like Vantage Medical. All the doctors, and staff were so warm and welcoming, plus the office was very nice and clean. Growing up, I always disliked going to the doctors office which has generally left me with a scowl when going to my appointments, but I was glowing with how comfortable they made me feel during my visit. I highly recommend Vantage. They took the time to be very thorough and ensure I understood everything before I walked out the door. I wish more medical practices were like Vantage Medical.
