Eric is wonderful! He’s very compassionate and gentle. I suffer with constant pain in my back and throughout my body. Therefore, I’m not an easy patient. Eric is very patient and is always finding new ways for me to get through my exercises. There are many days I am unable to go to therapy because of my pain and he will always call my home to discuss the matter. Thank you for your sincerity!

This physical therapist helped me very much. My left hand and right knee was unable to freely move without pain. After two weeks with this physical therapist, my pain has gone away and I can more easily move my arm and knee.I am very satisfied with Mr. Eric Bayer's services.

I was suffering from really bad knee pain, it was severely swollen and I was walking with a limp. I finally went to the ortho and found Reddy Care. Just one session with Eric and I immediately saw a difference in my walking. In just under 2 months I was back to work with no problems. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Really took his time and set realistic goals for me and helped me achieve them. I recommend anyone to go see him.

I went in for an evaluation last week with Dr. Eric Bayer. I’ve been to many other PT clinics but have never experienced the level expertise and professionalism prior to visiting Eric. I had honestly lost all hope of feeling any relief in my knee but walking out I knew this time around It would be different. I am actually excited to go back and I feel a difference already. Highly recommend!

What an exceptional place for restoration in a caring, competent and professional environment. Dr. Eric Bayer is the consummate therapist who along with a cohesive staff provides focused and comprehensive treatment. Upon the recommendation of a friend who is herself a PT, i entered post hip-replacement therapy at Reddy Care last year. Was following exercise routine at home and healing nicely but felt more was required.What a difference Dr. Bayer has made in that process THEN AND NOW. Recently I entered treatment for knee issues. I couldnt be more pleased with my care. Highly recommended and BTW, great parking(often only steps from entrance).

I have been coming to see Eric for the last 7+ months. I had a tear in my bicep and was completely out of commission. A few weeks after my surgery is when I met Eric who was referred to me by 4 different family members/friends. Eric has worked with me personally every step of the way and got me back to 100%. Now I know why he was recommended by so many.

I had a knee replacement back in December 2020 and went to another physical therapy company. After three weeks there was no improvement. Switched to Reddy Care at Farmingdale location. After 4 weeks I’m getting to my surgeon’s goal for full use of the knee. I can’t recommend Eric Bayer enough. He is not only knowledgeable and has helped me with exercises at the location and follow up exercises to do at home but he has been so encouraging. I can’t thank Eric and the entire staff at Reddy Care enough. Highly recommended!
