Waited four hours and they still failed to do all tests needed. Just wanted to push me out like I was an inconvenience and still told me I couldn’t be cleared for surgery. Glad it wasn’t an emergency.

Needs to be a little more organized. What I mean by this is to have a sign in sheet or have the person in the front tell pts that there are others before them. Also I feel during flu season rapids should always be available.

My wife had an accident resulting in a terrible cut on her finger tip. We went to Excell urgent Care in Fishkill, Dr. Pasquale Moscato tended to my wife and I had to write to say he was one of the best doctors we ever dealt with. I don't remember the nurses name but she was great as well. I normally don't write reviews but was so impressed I had to. I wish all Doctors could be like he was. Thank you for a great experience in an awfull situation. It's very comforting to know that this Doctor is right here for us. Very satisfied.

Today, when they first opened there was a lady helping out by covering the front desk and she was professional and caring. The nurse who took me in looked bothered. I was there to get checked for Strep and I could barely speak from the discomfort. I was in thr examining room for 30 minutes before finding out from the doctor that there were no Strep kits left. Poor management!

Arrived with a child with a deep cut near his eye 15 minutes before closing. The receptionist asked if we had an appointment. I was unaware an appointment was needed at Urgent Care. They would not let us in because it was clear they wanted to close. The Dr. would not even look at the wound to let us know if we needed to go to ER after telling me if it needs stiches we would need to go to ER. Dr. and receptionist were rude and clearly did not want to be bothered.
