She is a very good DO but nearly impossible to get an appointment. The staff is unprofessional and never seem to pick up the phone. CareMount Medical's automated answering system is totally useless. It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment using the system.

Dr. van Hollebeke an absolute professional what she does. She is never in a hurry and listens attentively, she is always benevolent and friendly. I never waited her too long, she values her and patient's time. I will definitely keep her as my doctor as long as possible.

Great DO but works for a terrible organization. Never able to get an appointment unless you attempt to schedule 2 months in advance and that only after you deal with rude and unprofessional staff members.
