I booked my appt. a "year" in advance & arrived a few min. late. Ofc staff told me I had to move my appt. or reschedule. I attempted to reschedule and the woman was extremely nasty - I work in White Plains in the same field and follow a mission to provide exceptional service every day to our patients, this situation was far from exceptional. I thought Dr. Garvey is a very good physician, however I will select another physician due to the unprofessional staff and notify Care M Sr Leadership.

As good as any doctor I've experienced from a knowledge perspective, but is not as accommodating as others I've dealt with. For example, I needed a letter drawn up related to my condition in a very timely manner and informed Dr. Garvey of it's life altering importance, along with the date I needed to submit the letter by. That date was ignored by Dr. Garvey, as were my repeated attempts to get him to provide the letter. I did eventually get the letter, but it was far past the date in which I needed to submit it, which created a huge number of problems for me and my livelihood.
