Dr Pimple Popper Fridlington always made at ease when she was removing skin cancer growths.Sad when she left Westlake Derm in Round Rock, Texas.

I saw Dr. Fridlington 11/10/21 for uncontrolled itching to the point of I’m scratching with a wire brush which caused bleeding. The visit lasted 5 -6 minutes, the entire time I could hear in her voice that she had no time for me. I expected a physician to at least examine me. Nope. I’m a healthcare provider. The visit wasn’t worth my copay, I’m sure the insurance was billed care I did not get. She recommended light treatments for 3-6 months, w/o an exam. A money grab. No suggestion testing for allergies despite mentioning one I had recently. suggested it then she offered. Thankfully I got in with an other MD the next day. He listened, did an exam, watched me scratch and gave me a diagnosis on the spot. He prescribed medications, oral and topical. In 2 days I was 80% better, 3w later 95%. I’ve got my life and skin back w/a few minutes of his time and his medical expertise. That’s what a good doctor is. I’ll never go back to this practice and I’ll warn everyone I know against it

Dr. Fridlington is beyond fantastic!! She is always punctual, stays with you and answers all questions and will not rush onto next patient. She takes the time to explain everything. It's so refreshing in this day and age to find a doctor that truly cares about their patients and not just herding them in and out. I feel like I've know her forever. She is a gem and a rarity in today's world!

I cannot tell you how amazing this medical professional is. She is caring and spends as much time as necessary for you to understand any issues. She has such a top notch staff and always takes me on time. I feel like I am being treated by a family member or daughter. I advise you to not be fooled by this very professional staff at Westlake. When you walk in you are treated like royalty . I must say they have the most attractive staff and medical professionals anywhere. Great experience!

Review of Julie Fridlinger, MD and Ashley Knight, PA Dr. Fridlinger is one of those rare one of kind professionals that only a few people ever get to experience. She is genuine, professional and really cares about your health. This health professional spends as much time as needed to get all your questions and concerns answered. I never felt rushed. She actually has a way of making you feel you are the most important patient of hers and she always makes you feel good about yourself. I had to have several surgeries in which she handles in an extremely professional and successful manner. I have never been to a doctor’s office where you are treated as a real important client. They actually make you feel like family. The bedside manner of Dr. Fridlinger is second to none. Her amazing Physician Assistant Ashley Knight is one of the kindnesses and very professional you will also ever meet. Ashley is a one of a kind when it comes to professional care. She always makes me feel important. These two medical professionals put the rest of the medical profession to shame. They see you on time and their office runs like a greased machine. Their nurses are all caring and efficient. Their front staff is so pleasant to deal with. I have had no trouble with their billing and am always treated as special. Can anyone top this type of treatment? I feel like I am going to see one of my daughters ( who are nurses) who treat me with the most warm and caring manner – like a family manner. I recommend these professionals as the best in the industry (hands down). So if you want to be treated like you are family, go see Dr. Fridlinger and sweet Ashley Knight for the best care anywhere.
