I first visited Dr France in 2018 for a contusion to my left knee. She was very thorough in explaining what to expect and do for this injury, she listened and answered my questions, very professional, well spoken, patient. I felt a connection when I walked into her office. Now here I am visiting Dr France again in 2020 for pain in my left knee. She gathered up all the facts for why I have pain and again she explained the reason for my pain and gave me options to choose from to help the pain. I am extremely satisfied with my visits to Dr France and look forward to future visits with her. I am a happy camper because she has my best interest at heart. Her assistant Iesha was very thorough and nice like Dr France where they both made me feel comfortable.

I saw Dr. France 3 times. The first, she was extremely abrupt, was annoyed I was asking questions. The second time she was better. The third time she gave me shots in the knee. It was very quick, but I had had to ask for that treatment, she did not offer it as a possible treatment herself.

She came off as arrogant, disrespectful and unapproachable. She is way too full of herself and all she did the entire visit was continuously speak down to me and talk over me while she barked orders at me and cut me off every time I attempted to answer a question she'd ask. I was so aggravated and frustrated by the time I left - I actually almost got up and walked out twice. The only good thing about the entire horrific experience was her nurse - at least he was very friendly and outgoing.

She was recommended to me but I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She was rude, inconsiderate and beyond frustrating to deal with from start to finish from the second she walked into the room. She reeked of arrogance and made me feel like I wasted her time once she determined I wasn't a surgical candidate for her - I can't find one positive thing to say about her or her demeanor at all - I am highly disappointed and completely wasted my time going to consult with her.

I was very pleased with the professional and caring way I was treated by the doctor and her nurse assistant. The appointment was very organized and I understood the diagnosis and have hopes of feeling better soon.

Fractured my left fibula while running on a treadmill 5/4. Appt. with Dr. France on 5/11. Even though I said I hurt it running on treadmill and suffered much pain when walking... Dr. France said I had a skin infection from a slight razor cut and treated me with antibiotics. Blood results show NO infection. After suffering much more I asked for an MRI (5/26) which showed the fracture. Three weeks of suffering due to wrong diagnoses!!! My left ankle still hurts 2.5 months later. 7/25
