I am happy to share my positive experience with this psychiatry practice that I found out about from my colleagues at work. Alex, my NP is truly amazing; he listens attentively to my concerns and genuinely cares about my well-being. Moreover, every staff member I have interacted with, from the friendly receptionist to my compassionate NP, has been exceptionally nice. This psychiatry is an ideal place for anyone who is new to medication and looking for tailored treatment plans that meet their individual needs. Empire Psychiatry is the reason why I’m thriving in both my personal and professional life. Seriously. I did not even realize how depressed I was coming out of the pandemic. I had lost my job and barely left my apartment. I stopped keeping up with friends, and I was at the point where I barely had the energy to do the dishes. My parents forced me to get some help and I am so glad they did. They got me in for a telehealth session within a week of me calling and I didn’t even have to leave my bedroom in order to be evaluated. If I had to travel to an office I don’t think I would’ve been able to. I was put on the right medications and within 3 months I felt like what it was to live again. I had hope and my normal optimism returned. This office saved my life. Everyone here, and I mean EVERYONE who works here is so nice and accommodating. I never had anxiety about making an appointment or asking questions and I would actually look forward to interacting with them, which I can’t say I have ever felt with a doctor’s office. So grateful for Empire Psychiatry!

They've been treating my mother for the past two years and she has always received excellent service. Refills are called in on time, questions are answered even between sessions, and my mother's anxiety has decreased tremendously since starting here. I'm grateful for how Empire Psychiatry had helped our family.

first off, they are very helpful dealing with my insurance. That made all the difference for me. Second, my depression and anxiety has gotten better, which is amazing. I appreicate all the help and questions they've answered in my sessions. If you're on the fence looking for a great psychiatrist team, look no further.

I've tried a few different psychiatrist clinics in the past, but am happy to say I've found this office and am sticking with Empire Psychiatry for the long haul. Everyone has been so helpful and nice to me, which is not the norm nowadays, and my meds are being managed very well. Overall, I've been feeling better and finally got the motivation to play basketball again, which I've wanting to do for years but have had so little energy I haven't been able to try. My previous psychiatrist no longer accepted my insurance so I was forced to find another psychiatry practice for my medication management. Fortunately, my coworker recommended Empire Psychiatry. When I called, both Amy and Kris addressed all my concerns and questions, were very pleasant, and the care I've been receiving is fantastic. Couldn't recommend them enough!
