Met Dr. Lau at Weill Cornell because I needed CBGE surgery. He explained things quietly, in easy to understand language. Surgery went well; he and his team visited daily both in the ICU and step-down unit. Post-Op office visit was thorough. Heart surgery is not a “walk in the park” but if you need it, meet Dr Lau!
