You go for a sonogram with your wife you can’t even go in with her to see the baby and they give you an appointment for 9:30 they won’t see you till 11 it’s crazy how slow they are

If you have an emergency, and needs to go to the emergency room, this is the last place for you, especially if you are pregnant. Me and my wife waited for more more than 5 hours in the waiting room to be call in. Then we wait more than 3 hours inside to see a gynecologist for a sonogram. I really which we can leave negative starts to give then all to the emergency department. Note: the personal at the triage are very efficient and nice. The mess is the emergency room process but everybody that works there are very good. Very sad to give this review. I came with high expectations. This review is based on my own personal experience.

Only reason I give 3 strt for niece “brandy” (tall, sweet lady)My baby was alone on neonatal icu for long day n more for there other nurses mistake.Can u imagine first baby on 2nd day without parents on icu for nurses mistakes and no body is there for help.It’s hart breaking live baby on icu go home alone.Be careful of other nurses.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There’s a nurse named Virginia who works Wednesday + Thursday nights. She’s white and has a star ring on her right hand and she looks like she’s in her 40s or something. This nurse works with kids and is the most rude person ever. She called someone with depression a “liar” and made the child start crying. She’s continuously trying to target colored children and belittles everyone around her. She lacks empathy and doesn’t have any respect for the patients. All she cares is about “doing her job” but part of doing her job is being nice and respectful. If you don’t know how to be polite, please don’t work in the medical field!!!!

I took my sister there in May 2021 , she was there until Sept, 2021 while they the nurses did their utmost best to take care of her, I thank them all, unfortunately she passed away in Montefiore Hospital on October 22,2021
