诊所帮忙登记就诊和接电话较之前耐心和有礼貌，等待时间较之前也靠谱多。陈海帆医生不错，也看过梁医生，庄医生和林医生，都很不错。

以前有遇到电话打不通的情况，现在已经有所改善。陈海帆医生问诊反应迅速，讲解非常耐心，说话风趣，让人印象深刻。虽然等待他的看诊时间比较长，但是我们近十年来依然选择他作为家庭医生。

I went in for a covid test on 10/4 due to a slight cough (negative) and then 10/7 again because I was feeling worse. They billed me as a walk-in on 10/7 instead of a covid test so now I have to pay out of pocket because my insurance doesn't cover co-pay. I didn't need the doctor to tell me I had a cold and not covid. I could've just waited for my covid test results to tell me that. Such a scam they're pulling.

Disorganized, long wait time. Was told need to make a 5-6 months appointment ahead to meet with Dr. Chen Haifun. Lot of times if you do not want to wait you have to see the rest of his associates which is not in par with Dr. Chen especially when compared with the meticulous and details, in which I truly believe this has to do with the upbringing of his character and his clinic is doing well just because of his sole contribution. Too much turnover in the administration, that makes things very disorganized. As my wife trying to get a urine report for the homecare have to wait for 3 hours, because the person supposed to do filing never did his/her job. as it took them hours to search for the report and I notice they have more staff than other clinics but they only operate at 50% efficiency, which causes unusually long wait time for all visiting patients. Since they told my wife have to wait for 5 to 6 months to consult Dr Chen, I rather switch her to another family doctor.
