A terrible experience. The doctor does not listen well, routinely makes contradictory statements, tries to speak over you and go off on a tangent when you question her contradictory statements, her staff is disorganized, and the entire experience could not have been worse.

Terrible experience. Worst doctors visit of any kind ever. Doctor did not listen, made contradictory statements multiple times, her staff was disorganized. She routinely tried to talk over you if you had a question and or tried to answer a different question to the one actually being asked.

I don’t know how to express my deepest gratitude to Dr.Cardenes. Without her medical care, I would not have had such a wonderful arrangement. Without her, I could not get the examinations done so fast and could not get such a good surgical referral and surgeon. Dr. Cardenes is a very warm, kind and thoughtful Doctor. Not only she is a very professional doctor but also an academic scholar in the field of radiation oncology.
