She's the best. Very attentive. Clear and too the point. Very supportive.
I came in (more than 3 months ago) to get an ultrasound due to severe pain I was experiencing.I have been attempting to contact the office, to contact Dr. Flores, in order to receive and understand my results. I have received zero calls back and zero messages.I am extremely anxious about my results and was hoping my doctor would ease those worries.Dr. Flores, if you read this, please contact me so that we can discuss my results, and so that I can take the necessary steps to move on to another doctor who is available to me.(I gave 3 stars because Dr. Flores was extremely welcoming, but the same could not be said about her staff that work at the reception desk. Also, the lack of contact between doctor and patient has lessened my review.)
very professional, helpful, kind doctor. She was with me in 2 pregnancies , always answer phone. a very good woman❤️. I remember her like lovey doctor. I was not afraid of my childbirth because of her. She helps me a lot❤️
Dr. Flores is a great doctor with excellent bedside manners, she really can connect with you. HOWEVER, I cannot say the same about her staff, in particular, Ms. Jennifer Rodriguez whose poor social skills make me think twice before going back to see Dr. Flores. A good doctor is a combination of their skills, their personality and their staff, but when you have someone as rude as Ms. Rodriguez in your team, as a patient aside from being discouraged to come back to see this doctor, I also feel aggravated and insulted after having been yelled at by her staff member over the phone when she called to cancel an appointment I had gotten two months before. I was obviously upset and expressed my distress about the matter, but she kept talking over me, not listening to what I was trying to say and with a louder tone saying: " I understand, I understand." I told her she was very unprofessional on the way she delivered the message and the way she was speaking to me, to what she replied in a very defiant way: "My name is Jennifer Rodriguez and my manager's name is Tracy, you can speak to her if you want to," I said sure, put her on; to what she responded: "she's not here today" and then hang up on me. This is not right and it's not the proper way to treat patients overall, especially when it's their office fault they scheduled (according to Ms. Rodriguez) 50 patients in one day!
Dr. Flores-Freeth is AMAZING!!! She is so caring & even though she has a crazy hectic schedule, she takes the time to answer any of your questions. I have had trouble finding an GYN for ten years!! I can finally say I love my doctor!!! Dr. Flores is also an OB so definitely will deliver my baby in the near future!!!
Dr. Flores is an EXCELLENT doctor. Great bedside manners and connects really well with patients. HOWEVER, I cannot say the same about her staff, especially Ms. Jennifer Rodriguez who is a rude and nasty person. Does not have any social skills and treats people like she's doing them a favor. This person really makes someone think twice about going back to see Dr. Flores. A doctor needs to have a great team to function well, but in this case even though Dr. Flores is great, this particular person from her staff makes someone hesitant about coming back.
She was my doctor for 17 years. She is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Unfortunately, she does not accept my health insurance. I will miss her. I highly recommend her.
Best Doctor
Excellent doctor.
Dr flores is the best. She saved my life 10 years ago I have been with her for over 13 years.
Muy buena atencion
The best doctor that diliverd three of my beautiful kids and saved my 4 th pregnancy.
I will never go back here again. I scheduled my first visit with the doctor. The appointment was for 10 : 45 AM. I was on time and the first thing the receptionist said to me with a bad attitude was that the doctor went in for emergency surgery and they don't have the slightest clue when she is expected to be out of surgery. I asked why the patients weren't being called to reschedule. I see many people just waiting so I decided to wait. After some time, they start taking patients but never announced that she is out of surgery. Two hours later, I am still waiting and asked for an ETA. She doesn't have an answer for me. So I just leave. I don't believe in helping doctors make more money by billing insurance because they double and triple book patients at the cost of their time and convenience.
Absolutely love her!! She is so very good and a very kind person. She is a wonderful dr.
Excelente doctor realmente la recomiendo en todos los aspectos ginecología general y obstetricia.
customer service is very poor.
Veey nice doctor but appointments are so far out. She delivered my two beautiful daughters and both times she has always been the same. Very courteous, loving and caring.
I need to say that I had the worst experience ever with MD Flores. Where to start..at 16 weeks check up she missed the fact that our baby's heart wasn't beating...her explanation was "my sonogram is an old fashion". After practicing for few years how can you miss something that is so important. As far as I know you don't need a high tech machine to see baby's heart flickering there!!! At week 18th I was told that baby had no heart beat and stopped developing at week 13. I was admitted to the labor and delivery where I was induced. It was a horrific experience. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy!!! I delivered and was discharged. Md Flores reassured me that everything went well. A month later I went back to her for a check up and again was told that everything was healing and going back to normal. I didn't get my period and my Hcg was not going down so Md Flores send me 3 times for blood work. I've learned that later from the internet that it's a sign that I wasn't cleaned properly. Two months after miscarriage I started getting pretty painful cramps and thought to myself probably my period is finally coming!! It wasn't my period though!! The cramps were stronger and stronger and then I started passing something!! I had no idea what it was I was scared to death. I saved what I passed and laboratory told me it was placenta!! I'm thanking God everyday for saving me. I could have gotten uterus infection or even sepsis and die. I can not believe she missed 7 cm placenta!! She may have good skills when talking with people but that's about it. I will never go back to her and will never recommend her to anyone!!!
I used to see another doctor within the same building. She was recommended by the other docto's staff. I really didn't want to change doctors but my doctor at that time was moving out and the new address was not working for me. However I must say that I'm very, very happy with the change. She really listen when I have a concern and everytime I have some sort of test her personal call me to let me know that everything is ok or if I need any kind of prescription. Also, as soon as she sees you, she says "hello" talk to you for a little while. Then you realized that she really listen to what whatever you said last visit. She's always on top of any procedure you need to do or have done already. I'm happy with the change and I would recommend her to everyone I know.
Most women don't love going to their GYN, but Dr. Flores' happy and jovial manner put me at ease right away. She took her time, got to know me a bit and put me completely at ease before she examined me - which by the way was completely painless and not at all unpleasant. Before I went in to meet her for the first time I asked the other patients in the waiting room about her and every last one of them gave her glowing reviews - each patient had some story about the great care they received. I recommend Dr. Flores to any woman out there, especially those like me who just can't drag themselves to get this very important type of care only a woman can appreciate.
