Very rude staff

Worst medicine office staffs I've ever experienced... they need to fire the receptionists and maybe other employees who don't know what their jobs are... they literally messed my parent's lab/image reports, medical referrals and appointments several and numerous times! Not a place to stay, they're nothing close to responsible medical staffs but business ONLY!

前台服务态度太差，跟吃枪药似得。

这个诊所说不上好也不算坏.前台接待的各个跟吃了枪药似的，极不耐烦.态度极其恶劣.举个例子说吧，今天我去问点事，一副爱搭不理的态度，我要求换个人来为我扎针，前台的还小声说：爱扎不扎，不扎就出去。jie TM 是人话吗？果断换诊，绝不犹豫.

这个诊所医生一般般，不好不坏，但是前台就是很多留言所的那个胖子，名不虚传，人长得丑也就算了，脾气还这么坏，好像天生就是一张欠揍的嘴，极不耐烦，我家已经在这里四年了，今年果断换诊所

Receptionist is the most rude receptionist I've ever encounter compare to all other medical office receptionist. She speak as she is the boss and we begging her for a favor. All I was asking was putting a side note or sticky note noting a symptom so the doctor will know even if i forget to mention in future.. After encounter I remember I had another bad encounter with the medical office. One morning when my family member was throwing up and severe headaches, we decide to go to the office instead of hospital because it was across the street from our home. Once arrived we explained the situation to the receptionist and they ask us to wait just like the rest of the people who walk in for yearly checkup or other things. Instead of talking to nurse or PA, and letting us know it is severe or not. They didn't prioritize what could have happened. If same thing happen to their family member , what would they do?

前台态度恶劣，特别是绿色头发的女生，态度这么差还来做前台

My very first experience was really bad. Poor office management. The manner in which the front office responded when I asked questions was so rude and she hung up phone for no reason. I would give zero star if there is an option.
