Jin Zhang's Online Review Report Card

No idea how come this office got such high reviews because Dr.Zhang and her assistant never follow up with our 8-time inquiries from the radiology office. So why do you even bother to be a doctor if all you care is on-site instant consultation &instant patients, but never bother to look at the fax scan/sent to you from a different office for diagnosis?! We called the radiology office to send to you the fax for 8 freaking times! And all you do is to be very passive, indifferent and delaying the response. Absolutely speechless and disappointing!!

We were impressed by 5 stars reviews that decided to book appt with this Dr.Zhang office. We inquired further diagnose on the breast biopsy mammography from consultation with Dr.Zhang. But her office never follow up with the mammography that was faxed from radiology. We called for 8 times back and forth to ask their office if they received the fax, and they never voluntarily tell us if they received the fax or not. We have to be the one to call both radiology and this office for 16 times all together! Still till this day they never tell us the diagnosis and just kept saying they did not receive the fax. Even though the radiology office have sent to them many times.

Love Dr. Zhang! She's very kind, patient, and explains everything thoroughly to her patients. Very glad she is my PCP!

After recently getting covid and having breathing issues, high fevers, and what everyone already knows the fear associated with this virus, Dr Zhang was true hero. She calmly assessed my situation and prescribed the medication to get me better and on my feet within one week. She is a great doctor but a better Human being.

Dr.Zhang is a True Humanitarian, she is a very kind and caring doctor. She practices medicine because she cares - NOT about money. She genuinely cares. I can’t emphasize enough how kind and caring she is. She is there for her patients- not for pharmacies to make money or herself. If you have any concerns she will make sure, she explains every detail. Always makes time to return phone calls. Amazing Human Being - world needs more Doctors like her , instead of the Butchers who claim to be doctors.

DR. ZHANG is terrific. She refers other doctors for my multiple issues and her staff is kept busy w my multiple prescriptions but they always treat us very well. We are very lucky to have been assigned to her by my insurance carrier and my mother likes her and has her as mom's primary care provider as well. Very calm, intelligent and caring. She never rushes but is very efficient. She also calls me to tell me my test results.

DR. ZHANG is fantastic and scrupulous. She inspired my elderly mother to take better care of herself. A nice, respectable office atmosphere with kind nurses.She also lowered my blood sugar dramatically which is probably saving me from blindness.

I personally 100% would recommend Dr. Zhang. She has a great personality and she is very reliable. Very professional and knowledgeable. With a lot of kindness!!
