List of Kaman Chong's Reviews
I had a negative impression of Dr. Chong at first because she was incredibly domineering and aggressive. But, I came to appreciate that part of her because she got straight to the point and was very informative. I thought she was incredibly spartan, but after joking around a bit, she opened up (cracked a couple jokes, too) and was as cool as any doctor could be. All these other people had small, petty things against the doc and HAD to write a negative review for her.
Horrible. Very dimissive and tried to dismiss your symptoms as if she is in your body and knows how you feel. She also proceeded to ask me if I wanted the flu vaccine but I didn’t need it since I looked “young and healthy” She also gave you a look when you say “yes I want the flu vaccine”. The office also does not charge for your annual checkup but charges $40 for you to get your report back which is not right since it is your report. They should not charge for it.
First time and last time! The receptionists were not friendly at all. One of them was very rude. I told her I am entitled to a "free" physical check up from my insurance. However, she insisted that I had to pay $40 for the doctor visit. I explained to her I should not have paid because my insurance offer a free physical annually. She then told me that the $40 was for the next visit. That was ridiculous. This doctor office wants to suck your money like the way they suck blood.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
