List of Kapil Saigal's Reviews
I have so many wonderful things to say about Dr. Saigal. I had a rhinoplasty and chin implant by him and I'm obsessed with my results. I'm currently 2 months post-op and my nose and chin looks better and better everyday. The whole process was so easy and anxiety free! All my questions were answered at my first consultation. I experienced little to no pain and very minimal swelling and bruising. He truly is the best!
Dr. Saigal is the best of the best. I researched for about 3 years before having blepharoplasty done. He was the most highly recommended doctor so I scheduled a consultation with him. Once I went into the office, him and the entire staff made me feel comfortable. I had no doubt in his ability to give me the eyes I have always wanted. 8 days post surgery I am mostly all healed and love my new look! Thank you Dr. Saigal!

I have had cosmetic surgery before, but have never had a more EXCELLENT experience than I have had with Dr. Saigal. He is by far, the most thorough and talented (artistic) surgeon I have ever used. The work he did far surpassed all my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this him and hope that you will be as pleased as I am with the results.
I was blown away by the professionalism and courtesy of Dr. Saigal and his whole team. I’d wanted a rhinoplasty for longer than I can remember and once I did my research, I knew Dr. Saigal was the best of the best. I scheduled my virtual consultation with ease, and after that consultation I was able to easily schedule my surgery with the office manager Tracy who answered all my logistical questions. I had an in person consultation before my surgery where Dr. Saigal discussed every little detail and appreciated my input to make sure the final result was what I wanted. Recovery was a breeze, and I felt so cared for by the entire team checking up on me to make sure I was doing alright. I am now 2 months post-op and I am so in love with my nose. Dr. Saigal gave me so much confidence and I am so so grateful. Cannot recommend him enough!
This Dr is a GEM. He is everything you would want in a surgeon. Hes humble, a great listener to your needs and desires, so much so that he spends endless hours making sure his plan is executed perfectly.. He will tell you each and every step that is going to happen from the beginning to the end so that there are no doubts, no fears and no question left unanswered no stone left unturned. He uses only the BEST Board certified anesthesiologists, and does for you like he would do for his own family. He did rhinoplasty and septoplasty on my twin (adult) daughters and they are ranting and raving about how incredible it came out. These girls researched doctors for years until they were able to get it done, and out of all that research they found a needle in a haystack that met all their stringent criteria for safety, highly skilled and double board certified. You will have zero regrets if you choose this doctor even if it means traveling across the country for such an important surgery as this one.

My experience with Dr. Saigal can be described as unusually inadequate. In terms of his ENT and doctoral practice I will gladly recommend him and his team. One of my two concerns when first meeting with him was about my difficulty breathing, the other was the physical appearance of my nose which I had emotionally struggled with my entire life and something I’ve even been bullied about when I was younger. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few months before my first consultation with him. Personally, I do not want to write this review but my family and friends urged me to because they feel I’ve been cheated. One of my friends who lived in the area had been coming to him for quite some time, even considering each other's friends it seems. My friend only spoke highly of him and his team, which is what led me to research him and his work prior to meeting him. During my first consultation in May of 2019 I was treated with a respectable staff and welcoming arms from the doctor. As I discussed my concerns, both cosmetic and health, with him he would begin to question me if I was actually sure about going through with an elective cosmetic procedure. I took this as a sign of any doctor trying to be on the same page as their patient and did not think anything of it. As I reassured him several times this is something I want, and the reason why I am seeing a plastic surgeon/ENT. During this first meeting he sat me and my friend down at the computer to present some before and after edits of what my post-op results could potentially look like. Unfortunately at the time, he was having computer issues and could not show me his idea. I asked if he could send me an edited photo via email so I can review it with him later, he said yes. Cosmetically, I felt I was clear about the few changes I wanted. Less of a bump on the bridge of my nose, a little bit of lift of the tip and better projection. I hoped to see those results. One week before the planned surgery, we sat down to review everything. He pulls up the edited photo and asks if we’re clear on the potential results. This was the first time I saw the photo, he was confused and must’ve forgotten that his computer was having issues and I was never sent the photo at all. Things began to get hostile at this point. He would address the issue almost like it was my fault that my requests are too unclear and that we couldn’t “settle” on a decision one week before surgery. I was on a schedule at the time and wanted to have the procedure done before classes start again so I do not have any interference. That same night I would try my best to send him a photo of what I imagined the results to look like and assured him I definitely still wanted this procedure. He agreed. On the day of surgery I was treated with a great staff and the hospital took very good care of me. The doctor said he would use the picture I sent him in the operating room as reference, this began to put my worries at ease. On the day of cast removal, I was admittedly shocked when I saw how swollen my nose was, as well as the shock from not being used to a new nose. The nurses said this would happen and I expected it to as well. The doctor, however, took this as a sign of me being mentally unstable and possibly full of regret. He would almost describe my reaction as dramatic or uncalled for. I had my doubts, as any normal person would, about the results but I opted to wait until the swelling went down before making any negative judgments. I assured him I was happy with the timing of the surgery and that he did a great job in terms of bettering my breathing and adjusting most of my cosmetic concerns. Almost a year later, I returned to his office to address the small issue I have regarding the projection of my nose tip. This was an issue I felt I discussed enough with him from the beginning. I brought along a friend of mine who had a similar procedure done to be able to experience one of his meetings with me. His tone was usually condescending and hostile, and this time it was almost as if he’d had enough of me and wanted to get us out of the door sooner than later. He asked if it would be alright to get approval from my therapist for him to continue treating me. I do not, nor have ever had a therapist. He was referring to the months back when I told him I had been taking anti-anxiety/depression medication because of a history of stress I have dealing with school and family matters. He would disagree with my concerns about the projection of the tip, causing my nose to still look “droopy” and bulbous. He suggested I leave my nose as is (and be unhappy with his results), or either go through with this “major reconstructive procedure” of supporting the tip with cadaver rib, or add temporary filler in to give us both an opportunity to see how I would react with that adjustment. I would have loved to opt for the filler, but he assured me that he would not be willing to do the surgery until a year after I’ve added filler, and would not dissolve it to be able to have the procedure done in advanced - even though he was willing to do so with my friend. In terms of revision, his office manager showed me a paper that had the cost listed, $8,410.00. This was twice as much as I paid the first time. I asked why the surgeon’s fee wasn’t waived and the office manager (who I will admit is very nice and one of the most helpful people I have ever come to meet) said it is the doctor’s decision if he considers this a revision based on how happy he is with the result, not the patient. In regards to revisions at his office, the only payments a patient is liable for are the facility fees, and anesthesia fees (as long as he agrees the results are not sufficient). I’ve spoken to several people who say they would not be happy with the results had it been them, including one of his own patients. The three different people I’ve brought with me during my appointments each said they would never let a doctor as “rude and condescending” as he is to touch their faces. At this point my friends and family have suggested I leave and find service elsewhere. I would love to add that I greatly appreciate the time that Dr. Saigal and his team have taken to see me, and wish them nothing but the best. I would assume this case of mine was a once in a blue moon scenario and wish all his other patients continued happiness with their fortunate results. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back and will instead deal with my results for as long as I can until I find the money and clinic willing to work with me in the friendliest matter.
If you are looking for a good ENT doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Saigal. I would've given Dr. Saigal and his team six stars out of 5 if I could! I had septoplasty and rhinoplasty, and it went amazing! Way beyond my expectations. I extensively researched and visited three ENT doctors. At the end of the day, I felt most comfortable with Dr. Saigal. My goal was to improve my breathing and to have a very subtle change in my nose shape (didn't want to look like Michael Jackson! Dr. Saigal and his team went through everything thoroughly. They made sure I'm the right candidate and feel comfortable. What I found about Dr. Saigal is that he cares. He went above and beyond. We met quite a few times, even the day prior to surgery, to review the process. Post-surgery, he gave us his direct contact info and even called us on Thanksgiving! He and his team regularly checked in on me for the first two weeks to make sure everything was okay. The result: Very little healing time, no bruising, my breathing improved tremendously, and I love how my nose looks! Having said that, when I meet friends, they don't even know I did anything to my nose, but they usually compliment me and ask if I changed my beard or hair! The change is subtle but fabulous! I highly recommend Dr. Saigal, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Dr. Kapil Saigal is the best of the best when it comes to noses. I broke my nose and I came to Dr. Saigal in hope to not only straighten my nose back out, but to also shave the bump off as well. This doctor specializes in ear, nose and throat so I trusted him. I also looked at his before and after pictures and they were very consistent. After the rhinoplasty I didn’t bruise at all. I had very minimal swelling when I woke up in the mornings, however I had no pain. I am now on month 6 and although this is a 12 month healing process, I am obsessed with the outcome. From the frontal view I look exactly the same (prior to the injury of course). From the side profile I am perfected!! The bump is gone and my nose is straight. I am a gymnastics instructor and last month I got hit in the nose. I was able to call Dr. Saigal directly on his cell phone and he told me exactly what to do in order to stop the bleeding, and pain. I can’t thank Dr. Saigal enough for his 5 star work on my face! Highly recommend!!
