Because you have to go through numerous communications to actually teach the office, makes it difficult to reach them. Line is busy frequently. I was told I would be called when the pesseries came in and here we are a year later. I wound up seeing another doctor to get fitted for the pessery. However, I liked Dr. Kim's bedside manner and knowledge better than the doctor I saw for the pessery. I would definitely go back to Dr Kim as I am contemplating surgery.
