This the best Dr office I have been. All the staff are amazing. I love them all. I can always call for an appt. Virtually or in person. Sometime there is a lil wait but stuff happens and person are there ahead of you with different issues. If y’all don’t wanna wait go to med school and be your own doctor.

This doc was assigned bc his office (77 Rector, NYC) listed closest to me house. When I called to make an appointment the secretary said that the address is no longer good, and I should travel 20 miles

Worst doctor office I ever met!! I was here needed for a referral, but they referred a wrong specialist for me. When I asked them to correct the referral, they keep ignoring and asked me to figure out myself. The staffs are caring about their own business. You waited there, but they ignored you. They were making their own personal calls. They don’t care about your health! I wish I could give no star!!

Awful. Don't go here if you care about your health. I went with a very specific issue which was immediately ignored by Dr. Gao due to blood pressure, which was a symptom of my overall issue and not the main issue. He was so fixated on this one problem that he ignored my main complaint. On top of that, he said a referral for a specialist would take a "long time" and that "I just need to wait." A referral should not take more than 1-2 business days if the doctor actually cares. The practice is also very small, and has lawn chairs as a waiting area. I can't emphasize enough, do not go here if you care about your health.
