I’m seen this one star reviews and I don’t think you talking about the same doctor. Dr Cherenfant have been my doctor since 2010 and thank to his dedication to give pregnant women the best care I have 2 beautiful children today after a miscarriage at 20 weeks . Both my pregnancy were high risk and when I tell you he was always there for me he even provided me with his personal cell number in case I need it to call him off office hours. With my son I had an emergency c-section in the middle of the night and they called him and in 30 minutes he was there to perform the c-section himself he always listen yo my concern he is not at all arrogant I understand not every one have the same experience but to me he is the best doctor ever I’m very grateful for the care he provided to me with my two pregnancy and I thank God first and then him for been able to have two beautiful healthy children today .

Hello everyone. I really liked to share my horrible experienced about this Obgyn. This person is not appropriate for taking care a Pregnant women’s. The entire Pragnancy his did not care about me & my baby . He didn’t even come my delivery day . I had an emergency c section on my delivery day . The hospital ladies called so many times doctors Cherafet he didn’t answer at all. It was worst experienced in my life I had ever happen. I was about to loose my baby but god helped through out. Also he don’t allow single time come in my husband . Every appointment I had wait 3 hours out time during cold weather even it’s snowing . I cried so many time after every appointment.I was always confused and worried about my baby. Because Mister Cherafet always ignored my questions. He always rushing and if I asked any questions he rude at “said you don’t have to tell me anything I know what I had to do”. He didn’t even wanted to sign my maternity leave form . Also there another women works with him she is a nasty lady . She always rushing me don’t give me chance to ask any questions. It’s was my first pragnancy but being first mother after experienced this I would tell everyone please don’t go this person. I literally had a depression after I experienced horrible delivery. When I see my baby’s heart beat was going down in minus 2 and the hole hospital doctor was tying to call Cherafet but he didn’t answer. He came after I had surgery. He said god helped your ontheewisw your baby would had brain damaged . Even though I was perfectly fine though my pregnancy. Now I realized I did a biggiest mistake to choose him for my ogyn. Also his stuff are so sneaky always rude at me and other patients too.Thank you everyone.

The doctor is good, but the receptionist is very rude. when I called, she wont explain well and will hang up in a while we are explaining or talking. I understand that they might be busy but thats not the way to speak to patients. I didn’t call to waste her time, I have a job as well. everyone is busy!!!

Good obgyn & his medical assistant is wonderful, but how about having seating for the pregnant patients inside instead of having them wait standing outside. I understand it's COVID but make the accomadations, prioritize. There was a seat available and the front desk girl told me to wait outside like ok 🙄

This has been my doctor since my 1st child and also delivered my 2nd. He is an excellent doctor,however I'm not sure if his front desk staff has changed but they are extremely rude. This is the second time I call to make an appointment and the girl just cut me off and asked him to send him a message. Its unfortunate that he will lose patients because of rude staff

Excellent service. Very fast. Very experienced Doctor. I will definetely recommend him

If I could give him zero stars, I would do it, he is the worst doctor I have seen, my first appointment he did not even let me explain what was happening to me and the reasons why I was there, he just wanted to speak, a doctor with very arrogant attitudes. My third appointment was on a Friday at 3 in the afternoon, his assistant calls me and tells me that the doctor is leaving before 3 that I had to be there before 3 because the doctor had an emergency, I told him that I live very far away and that I would do my best to arrive before 3 o'clock, this assistant kept insisting that I be there before 3 o'clock. Apart from that I lived far away the trains were slow and she told me that she could no longer wait for me so I decided in the middle of I walk no longer and never come back with him, and the assistant said that he was waiting for me to go, when She had already told me that he could not wait any longer and that is why I decided not to go. I had to say that I was never going to return and that I decided to change my doctor so that these people would care about my health. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT GO. DISGUST OF PEOPLE.

Bad service. After going to another gynecologist I found out of infections, which i was never told or diagnosed.

Dr. Cherenfant is an amazing, compassionate, attentive and knowledgeable OB/ GYN provider who provides exemplary care to his patients. He's also a great educator with a holistic approach.

The worst place ever ohhhhhhh my god I can’t believe how they give you to go at 5:40 you wait until 6:35 still you don’t see the doctor and you wait outside excuse me ?!!!!!!!! Why you give time to people to tell them to wait out !!!!!!!😨😨😨😨😨😨😨😨😨😨 I’m just choked how they are with attitude ……/
