I would definitely recommend Dr. Ricciardi to friends and family. He clearly explained the situation with visuals and in a way a layman could understand. My wait time was not very long. All and all a good experience.

Unhelpful doctor by all means. left my dad in pain for 3 months after promising the procedure would work. now he is undergoing prostate surgery after being told it wasn’t a prostate problem by dr ricciardi.

We had appointment at 12 but waiting and waiting with no communication , eventually I ask how long more and she went to check , again waiting in the room and no communication so I ask the staff what’s going on and they don’t know this time was 2.5 hours waiting so the DR heard me in hallway and said to me that I am sending my staff to lunch for an hour then I would see you. I been worked with him and he did recognized me with no apology or regret , not doing any exam just urine for culture and didn’t even do sensibity , only blood work was cbc not other blood work for somebody that has sever urinary tract infection. Very disappointed and no manners .

Dr Ricciardi is not only brilliant and highly skilled, his compassion and personal attention make him an exceptional human. He cares for his patients and treats them as though they matter. He listens, explains and reassures. I trust, respect and appreciate him and feel grateful to have his care.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Ricciardi. He has literally saved my life. He is compassionate, trusting and funny too! He takes his time to answer all your questions and has amazing bedside manner!

Office staff completely unprofessional and indifferent to patients.Building and Office looks like a dump. Exam room chairs rusty and disgusting, health dept should shut them down. Staff looses urine samples. Waited over an hour and just left.

I I can't say enough good things about Dr Ricciardi and his entire staff. He provided excellent care and advice during a medical emergency and going forward. He takes his time to explain his treatment plan and is caring and easy to speak to. He has all the qualities that you look for in great Dr. In addition which is a reflection on him, his office staff is wonderful. They are friendly, professional, courteous and go the extra mile to assist in any way. With my experience I found this medical practice to be unusual. Thank you to Jeffrey at the front desk who answers the phone as well as Marilyn, Debra, Taylor, Anna and Christine. I am highly recommending this office to friends and family

I can't begin to express my appreciation to Dr Ricciardi for the excellent care that he has provided. My urologist retired during Covid and I called Dr Ricciardi with a medical emergency. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, caring and kind and listened to all of my concerns answering all my questions. Dr Ricciardi has all the attributes that make him a wonderful Physician. I am extremely grateful to him for also providing such a well run office which is not easy to find. The entire staff is very friendly, courteous and most important helpful. Thank you Jeffrey at the front desk as well as Marilyn, Debra, Taylor, Anna and Christina. You are all a very amazing unique staff. If you need to see an excellent urologist, I recommend this practice.
