List of Skilled Nursing With Cypress Garden Rehab's Reviews
This place helped my sister out so much and I am thankful for everyone who helped her here to get back to herself.
Days at Cypress Garden..I did not know that I would be a patient here again. However, I grew to appreciate the kindness and attention and seeing to it that everyone’s needs are met. The nursing staff is very efficient and always knows what our medications are and how to distribute them. The concierge (Ari) is always able and willing to meet the needs of our personal problems to see that solutions are being followed through, to make our stay much easier to deal with. He is always resourceful in tracking things down and always makes us feel that we are not forgotten. He is accommodating and has great empathy for us.Rehab is excellent, as I see it, and makes us feel that nothing is impossible with determination and hope.
This is without a doubt a great facility, everyone here was so welcoming and very helpful with the questions that I had asked. I would recommend this facility to anyone for sure.
I chose Cypress Gardens for my G-dmothers rehab care after she had surgery. At 96 years young, she is still quite a pistol. She is also very opinionated. After settling in she has expressed how happy she is with her care. I’ve been so happy to hear that she has sweet staff checking in on her and going out of their way to make her feel at home and comfortable. Ari, the concierge, visits and talks football with her. It’s a passion of hers. I would recommend Cypress Gardens for your family needs.
I made a decision to send my mom here for short term rehab based off the glowing reviews on google. I first must commend the nursing and support staff for being diligent, kind and supportive of my mother! The administrative staff and facilities on the other hand are poor. The bed my mother was sleeping in looks fit for a prison (photo attached), not a senior with aches and pains. They held a meeting with the family which was useless as I nor my mother could get a question or word in and it was rushed. After her two week rehab she was well enough to go home expect them social worker dodged me at every end. Only until I asked to see her in person while on a visit and demand my mother be released. My mother is 80 and started to fear that they were trying to hold her against her will. When your 80 those fears are real when no one responds to your inquires. I assume they didn’t want to lose the revenue. I would not suggest this place for anyone.
I am very greatful for the treatment that I received in Cypress Garden Rehab center. I want to thank all the staff, the nurses, aides, the chefs, housekeepers, rehab, social workers, concierge, and everyone in the administration offices. They always attended to my every need and did all they can to help me.When I first came into the facility, I couldn't walk, change my clothing, and couldn't digest, no matter what time of the day or night the CNAs would come help me. Special thanks to the great therapists Maye and MJ who showed love and care in every step of the rehab. They encouraged me to keep going forward and in about 3 weeks I'm doing all of what I couldn't do when I first came. The staff at Cypress treats their jobs with more than just their career, they treat the patients with good hearts and love.May God bless you always! Thanks again from my heart!Sincerely yours,Phan, Loc room 215B
Can’t express how frustrating and depressing it was watching staff ignore my uncle’s needs. I came from out of town to see my sick uncle. He seemed in much worse shape than I imagined he would be. I saw very quickly that this facility was not giving him adequate care. My uncle paged the nurses in order to use the restroom. A nurse entered our room, heard his request, then completely disappeared. My aunt tracked down another nurse whose only consolation was a bedpan made for women. When he attempted to use the device, (unsurprisingly) urine splashed soaking his bed and clothes. We let the staff know the situation and were again left on the hook for an extended time. There are more details regarding how they got his food order wrong then said that the kitchen was closed 40 minutes we requested a new meal and other grievances. I’ll get to my point however. This place is not good. This is not somewhere you’d want a loved one to stay at. I hope they can change their overall demeanor and practices as there are a few nurses who genuinely listened and seemed like they were interested in helping but as a whole, I would never recommend.
My mom, Marcia Wolfson, enjoyed her experience in cypress gardens very much. The nurses were very nice and very helpful. The room was very comfortable with a good bed and nice cable tv. She found most of the meals delicious. The physical therapy department very helpful at showing her how to do all the exercises in order to get stronger. He recreation department was very helpful to her in giving her library books amd informing her of when the special events going on. The Thanksgiving party was excellent. The concierge department, social workers, and supervisor Ari were very helpful.
Cypress is definitely a place that I would recommend. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They serve great food. The rehab was definitely helpful. The concierge services was very hands on and helped with all my needs.
thanks for all .. great team

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
