Dr. Chao is great it's his office that gets one star. I had an appointment today at 2:45 pm and I guess because of the heat the busses weren't running on time. I called the office to tell them that I'll be late and I hear back from the receptionist that If I'm more than 15 minutes late I'd have to reschedule. I've had this appointment for two months and if I came in 16 minutes late I'd be out of luck. I am in pain and I needed to see the doctor. I understand about schedules but for god sake show a bit of compassion for the situation. Nobody can plan for 100 plus degree weather and for the busses to not be running. this is just so wrong and makes me wonder if Dr. Chao knows who's working for him? So now I have to either wait an additional three weeks or find another doctor. Why are these people in the office so cavalier about the patients who come into their offices? Are we expendable or just an insurance check? My god, treat us with a bit of dignity, please.
