Thorough and positively fussy doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients. I have done two csections with her in different hospitals and the best care was what I got!! An A+ doctor par excellence!!

Dr. Robinson is 6 stars...THAT OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE! Twice I have confirmed appointments and when I reached the office, I was told that I canceled! This time (2/13/21) I arrived at 11:40 for a 11:45 appointment and was asked to stand in the hall. I oblige the request and 25 minutes later, I still have not been allowed in the office. I call the office because another patient walks up, rings bell and is immediately let in! WTH! I was charged for an appointment that I could not cancel because the office staff had turned the phones off during business hours and a cancellation CANNOT be taken by the answering service (EMERGENCY calls ONLY)...I have been a patient for almost nine years and am truly hurt to be treated in such a manner. I will not return, which is a shame because I really think Dr. Robinson is a wonderful Dr. she saved my baby 8 years ago and I am very grateful for that BUT I refuse to be handled like I am a bad patient...I am a very grown, responsible adult and the office staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I've been a patient of Dr. Robinson for 20 plus years. When I find a doctor his meets all my requirements, I never leave them. The care I have received is first class and the way she responds to my questions is why I will never leave her.

If I I could give this doctor no stars I would. 1.Staff is very unprofessional. 2. I've been coming here for 6 years. One day they refuse to take me for 2 no show fees back in 2017. I had no way to confirm or deny if that was even true but I was going to pay it anyways but I only had my card. They told me they don't accept card and refuse to take me after this was their 2nd rescheduling me And me taking off work. Immediately I ask for my health records. And ask to speak to Dr.robinson bc she was the one orchestrating it all. After 2 hours past my appt time she finally decides to see me and tells me bc she had to hire someone for all the unpaid bills she had blah blah. She finally agrees to see me for annual. Doesn't take any blood work or anything. I ask her about it she's says to got to do it at my primary care. At the time I'm just like whatever I'll do that. This was back in dec. few weeks after that I receive my medical records. Now today I call to make an emergency appt the rep tells me she said she sent out a termination letter that I had to sign for (medical records) and it stated due to me not being happy with the staff she's terminating service lol remind you this letter was not with the medical records smh save yourself and find a better gyn. So Unbelievable

Dr.Robinson is absolutely amazing, wonderful bedside manner, short waist time and very kind. She has delivered all four of my kids and I wouldn't have had it any other way. I highly recommend her for all of your OB/GYN needs.

Dr. Robinson has been my Gyn for years. I love her preventive approach to different illnesses that may occur in the body and cause severe perma. I recently when in for a partial hysterectomy while in the operating room Dr. Robinson discovered my large intestine were wrapped around my uterus and appendix. She also found that my small intestine was all knotted up. She then reached out to her general surgery that's on her team to correct these major issues ( To which I would have NEVER known as I wasn't in any pain at all!). After he corrected my intestine she preformed the partial hysterectomy. A hour and a half surgery turned into six hours and I couldn't have been in better hand....I trust Dr. Robinson with my life!
