Tony Quach's Online Review Report Card

I also don't understand some of the earlier reviews given here. I highly recommend Dr. Quach and his staff. Several years ago, Dr. Quach performed surgery on my Achilles tendon, which had been fully ruptured as a result of a tennis injury, and he did a really amazing job. It's been a few years since I've been back on the court post-surgery, and I have been playing a lot of tennis -- as well as multiple other sports involving significant running and footwork -- without any issues at all, as if I'd never had the injury. Dr. Quach is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his profession, but I also found him to be very approachable, authentic, patient and positive, and a really great person overall. He really cares about his patients' best interests and well-being. I am really grateful to have been a patient of Dr. Quach and would wholeheartedly recommend him and his team.

I don’t know why people left bad reviews. Dr and staff are highly skilled and professional. I had elbow surgery and was explained everything beforehand. They were very caring during procedure. I highly recommend and will have knee surgery to follow in a few weeks.

Dr. Quach and his office were extremely professional and efficient. I could not be happier with the results of my hip replacement. Minimal amount of pain after the initial expected surgical trauma. I have gone from walking slowly about thirty-forty feet the day after to walking a mile much without a cane two months later all with a minimal scar. I did the exercises daily and tried to go for some type of walk daily. I can climb the stairs and walk down without a cane. I still utilize the bannister, but I have walked without pain since a month after the surgery.

Dr. Quach FAILED on operating my TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT 3 years ago. I requested my medical file (while under his care) to be transferred to another surgeon to continue care. His staff asked me to pay $500 before sending out. I asked to speak to office manager and informed them, it’s in violation to collect $500 payment, it was necessary to report to NY state medical license office to suspend his license plus FINES, he is in violation. In a few days without paying, another surgeon received partial records only, that is incomplete record. It was very frustrated. Dr. Quach staff has no ethical. Dr. Quach himself has no competence to ortho area, he has no special training for knee or hip, he is a JUST GENERAL ORTHO. On this site of reviews, so many failed surgeries were done by him. His license should be revoked by the state.

Dr. Quach is so patient & kind answered all my questions about my knee. He makes you feel so comfortable, so happy to find such great doctor .

This doctor is very irresponsible and never answered the patient's questions up-front.

Dr. Quach operated my knee, it’s almost after 2 years, I still have pain and CAN NOT WALK WITHOUT A WALKER. He said pain will subside and walking shortly. But it is NOT true. Like the other poster said without thinking too much, scheduled knee replacement surgery almost 2 years ago. Unfortunately, after almost 2 years later, I still can’t walk without a walker, still have pain, still taking pain medication. Please DO YOUR RESEARCH on your surgeon thoroughly. Only one chance to replace knee, with bad results there is no way to repair or SECOND chance. With one knee life is extremely miserable, ruined, no mobility.
