Today I saw Dr. Rapaport. She has the worst bedside manner, I have ever experienced, and I am a nurse. Waited 3 hours to have an exam with her that eas less then w5 minutes . She then gave .e the diagnosis got up and left. Never gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Will never see this provider again. The rest of the team were excellent, with great customer service.

Wait times are absolutely insane. Came in for an appointment at 3pm, got taken in around 4:30pm doctor running around to multiple patients at a time. Took me in for 10 minutes then told me to go upstairs to wait another hour just for them to tell me to come back in two weeks… Way too overbooked. Do not recommend at all. Staff is also very rude and constantly blasting music. Super unprofessional.

The Dr. Is great but the waiting was too long and the numerous visits before I saw him has made me not want to return.

Dr. Rogers was very thorough and explained my condition very clearly. He encouraged me to pursue other avenues of care that would improve my health issues that are affecting my vision issues.

At Fromers I had the most thorough eye exam The doctors were great and answered ally questions as a first time patient. All the test were we explained and came away understanding the results and follow up.

I get the care I need from Dr. Fromer and his associates when he isn’t available. There are organized with their paperwork on my case. They are very thorough with my eye condition; I have retinopathy. The procedures are relatively quick and mostly painless. I’m glad they have a practice in Queens I can go to for my eye related illness. I was in the Bronx before.

They are great eye doctors but they are too overbooked and always backed up so I find I'm there over 2 hours.

The service provided was excellent, however their waiting area is cramped and overcrowded, and it took two hours to complete my annual exam.
