Dr. Feistmann is cordial, easy-going, straight-to-the-point, and very effective. Few years ago he pulled me back from a desperate situation and saved me from losing my right eye; quickly and skillfully. No "ifs" or "buts", he is just perfect. Always glad to visit him for the follow ups.

I never got an experience like this. I accompanied my sister to see dr. Jonathan, from the door step it was a ver humane place every one that work at that clinic went above and beyond to make my sister confartable . in all the years I’ve see doctors no one is like him and all his staff. Thank you so much to all of you for existing in this world full of heart eaks. After that visit we fell overwhelmed with all that love and professionalism I hope there wore more people like you. I had the BEST experience. Never in my life was treated so nice. Dr Feistmann is a men with a big heart. The best human Being I had the experience to be taken care of. A true Doctor, one of the greatest of all times. Dr. Feistmann, Dr. Shulman, and Dr. Johnson are such caring, patient, and kind people. At the age of 15, I was battling a rare and serious eye condition, and was at risk of losing sight in my right eye. Dr. Feistmann and Dr. Shulman were quick to discover the problem, and find a solution for it. Dr. Jonathan Feistmann performed multiple challenging, yet amazing surgeries and treatments upon my eyes. He even took time out of his busy work schedule to monitor my recovery, schedule new appointments, and check In on my overall health. I show a lot of gratitude and grace towards Dr. Feistmann. If it wasn't for him, and the great help of Dr. Shulman, plus Dr. Johnson, and their wonderful staff, I would have lost my sight at only 15 years old. Now at the age of 19, I am able to see well again. I recommend the office of NYC Retina to all. You will experience great care and I guarantee your problems will be resolved! May God bless the wonderful Doctors and workers here, for they are true to their job!

Dr. Feistmann is a very compassionate doctor who is concerned about his patients' feelings and calms their many worries. He is very thorough and gives great details when answering each and every question a patient has. I highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Feistmann for a routine, annual checkup. I see him once a year following retinal repair surgery that he skillfully performed on my right eye in 2016. Dr. Feistmann is far and away the best ophthalmologist who has ever cared for my eyes. In addition to being an adept retinal surgeon, he's also a first-rate doctor. He's detail oriented, very thorough, and has a warm and open manner. He also has a superb and friendly support staff in a welcoming office that is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment. I am confident that I am receiving the very best care possible every time I see him. Needless to say, Dr. Feistmann has kept my eyes healthy since the 2016 surgery. I also was very impressed this visit with the additional health and safety precautions in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Highly recommended!
