They're there when you need then and your other option is the ER. Sometimes you can be in for a wait and other times you can be seen right away. The nurses and doctors on staff by all means appear competent and are generally nice. The facility itself is is decent: good size waiting room, plenty of patient rooms that are clean. Always a good option to have at your disposal when you have an urgent situation with your kids.

This place is horrible. They don't care about the kids and the staff is very heartless. I saw a mother bring in her child with an ear infection. The front desk/nurse (Johnathan )told her that doctors are too tired to see them. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Horrible place I wouldn't reccomend anyone to take your children here if you love your kids don't bring them here. 1. I made an appointment and they didn't see us till 3 hours after the appointment Time a appointment is an agreement between you and the pm pediatrics that you would be seen around that time and 3 hrs is just ridiculous especially with an appointment. 2. When asking the staff about status or anything they just tell you when we're ready we will see you no update or anything in a rude tone. 3. No front desk receptionist are you kidding no one to guide anyone or anything it doesn't matter how advanced we are their should always be someone in the front to ease and guide people through the process. I looked into different locations because I love my child to much to bring them to such a poorly runed location. 4. The medical profession was a respected profession where people come to you in there time of need and seek help in troubling times if you can't run a proper clinic accordingly and efficiently how do you expect people to trust you with their health. Looks like they just hire anybody now cause the employees look like they could care less about you or your children's health it took a pandemic like covid really show you which clinics really care and go out of their way and I am very happy (happy because I know it's time to look for a more caring clinic) and disappointed to say this isn't that clinic that will go out of their way for you or your child. Good luck everyone and look for a location where no matter the time of year or pandemic they will treat you with a smile and care as if you were their own.

Great nurses! With the overwhelming amount of patients due to Covid they worked very hard to see and help everyone. Very thankful for them!

Not professional at all. Called us and said your are welcome to come when we went over there we had to stay more than 2 hours in very crowded place with no one at the front desk. Don’t recommend to anyone

Im blown away by the amazing service here even while there are so mamy patients they are working super fast and are so nice and considerate. Im so pleased... Thank you.

Very bad pediatric office unorganized very unprofessional long wait also they take more then 40 people waiting to been seen spreading more more COVID omicron and delta with people that just have a regular coght hours waiting to told me my child is okay I take her to another doctor she have bronquitis so sad they don’t care about our kids just take as many people they can charge the Medicaid sooo sad dr. Katz very unprofessional the worse doctor ever nurses are okay

Took my son in due to excessive vomiting and was told that they do not take walk-ins because there is only one doctor working and that you must make an appointment to be seen by the doctor. This defeats the purpose of this being an urgent care. Front desk lady could use some customer service training as well. Horrible experience on top of the stress of having a sick child.... I had to go 10 miles away to the hospital instead. I will never return here.

I wont be coming here again. Their new check in process is a joke and takes a long time. My children always come here and yet you have to fill out extensive paperwork and upload a picture of insurance card and all that nonsense on your phone before checking in. The receptionist not helpful wither. No thanks. Ill go to the ER next time.

I made an online appointment for my daughter because her thumb was hurting. I chose this location because the website said it did x-rays. As I'm walking out the door I was called to say they were canceling the appointment because they haven't done x-rays since covid. Not sure what covid has to do with x-rays. PM pediatrics needs to update their website. Terrible customer service.
