My Name is Aleksandr Driker I had an appointment in the USA Vein Clinics in August 2021. I have primary insurance CIGNA and secondary JHI. During my appointment no one had informed me that the USA Vein Clinics do not accept the Cigna incipience they told me that everything is covered. My appointment has been not more than 15 minutes and the doctor scheduled for my second appointment. On August 16 2021 I got a bill of $1430 and the information on the Cigna page was a different name of the medical office not USA Vein Clinics it is Queens Med of New York which is not on the list of the Cigna network. I contacted the USA Vein Clinics the accountingbill department the responsible person from a billing department make some tricky explanations and make fun of me was rude and not helpful at all. I am compliantly disappointed with the USA Vein Clinics not just from the financials side but also from the side of the medical service. They need just more appointments and more money from you. No help at all.

I agree that the staff is very nice Berkowitz the Dr. I had today was especially good. He explained the procedure he was doing and I came out of that visit feeling like much had been accomplished. Now feeling better.

It was my 6th appointment yesterday until my one year followup. Every appointment was on time quick and in and out. The Dr. Berkowitz was awesome. He received me for each appointment. Now Im feeling comfortable than before.

Such an unprofessional place Do not go there. I was scheduled for an appointment on the 26th and the doctor and staff never showed up. I was there for an hour alone and no one bothered to call or come in. After numerous calls I told them I no longer wanted to have my procedure done since he never showed up. So what did they do…they charged me $250 for the other leg’s appointment because I didn’t specify when I said I was seeing another doctor after this doctor never showed up to my appointment I didn’t that it was for both legs. DISGUSTING AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL STAY AWAY

Decided to go see Dr. Alexander at his new office in Bensonhurst. It was like the old days Minimally painful. Needles to say I will continue with Dr. Alexander. So its important to know that most of the nice reviews on Google about this office are from when Dr. Alexander was there.

I loved my experience at USA Vein Clinics. The staff is awesome and my results have been fantastic I wish Id started my process with them years ago. Dr. Eric is incredible his treatments are incredibly gentle and my vein issues are now gone

Dr. Eric and his team of health care professionals are the best I only have great things to say from start to finish. Dr Eric explained the entire process from the get go and took the time to answer all of my questions in a clear way. Great experience with scheduling and his tech team are all compassionate professionals. The team works well together and I got the sense that they really enjoy their jobs Id recommend them to anyone in need of vein treatment
